Job and Equipment Tracking System (JETS).
Designed and written to meet our own needs, JETS has allowed DeckerWright Corporation to increase revenues while reducing headcount.
Integrated into a call center operation, JETS extended our service hours from 8 x 5 to 24 x 7 by providing real time text messaging for emergencies and after business hours support.
Service jobs no longer get "lost", and every call that comes in gets responded to and billed out.
Customer networks are documented to include key configuration information, network diagrams, configuration documents (i.e., *.doc, *.txt, *.rtf, *.pdf, etc.), configuration files, and license copies.
The data can be accessed securely from anywhere by our staff via SSL. Ongoing development is expanding JETS to absorb our CRM function.
The web portion of the system is written in Java and ASP and uses Microsoft .NET technology.
The database uses Microsoft SQL.
